We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented full-time accounts/admin assistant to join our Monaghan team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative and financial operations of Universal Graphics. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the team with:
- General office duties, answering phones, responding to emails
- Reconciling creditors and debtors
- Invoicing
- Credit control
- Weekly and month end processes
- Maintain and organise office files, records, and supplies

To be considered for this position you will:
- Ideally have at least a years’ relevant experience and have good computer skills (knowledge of Excel and Word is essential, and knowledge of Sage is an advantage) however, training will be provided
- An understanding of basic accounting principles
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy married to speed
- Be a multi-tasker – organised, calm and persistent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Quick to learn, and self-motivated
- Have strong personal and communication skills
